Life in Singapore during WWII.

My Life In Singapore during World War two was extremely hard. We were forced to pay $50 million to the Japanese as a Tributary sum, as attacking countrys in war cost a huge sum. We ended up having to borrow  a huge sum of money to repay the Japanese.  "Banana Money" was also given out to the People living in Singapore. The Money was also counted as useless as the notes given out could not buy something.
